Wayne County Canoe Classic

Come and join us for a 9 Mile race on the beautiful Lackawaxen river.  Check in begins at 9am for a prompt 11am start time at the Wayne County Fairgrounds in Dyberry Township.  Boats launch every two minutes down Dyberry Creek toward Honesdale. Dyberry Creek merges into the Lackawaxen for a beautiful trek down river. See the town of Honesdale from a different perspective as you travel a river rich with history. From there, you continue downstream, finally ending in White Mills at Factory Field at the intersection of White Mills Road and Route 6.
