Canoe Race Sign Ups - May 2nd, 2026
We will need a few hands on deck for our 2026 Canoe Race! Registration starts at 9am so we need a few folks to help set up the tables before the participants get there and check-in preregistrants and register day of participants. We also need folks in the water launching boats, people for the sweep after all boats have been launched and people at the end to help with timing and passing out bagged lunches! I tried to list time for ease of planning, some responsibilities are only needed for a few minutes, so we will take whatever time you have to give!
Bagged lunches are available from the Mustard Seed to Pre-Purchase. Acai Paradise will be at the end of the race in White Mills for additional food option
All options can be made in a gluten free wrap with a gluten free dessert!
Lunch Options:
Turkey Bacon Gouda Wrap - Thin sliced organic turkey breast, bacon, smoked gouda, guacamole, lettuce, tomato & house aioli
Roast Beef Wrap - Thin sliced roast beef with provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato & onion with horseradish aioli
Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap - Grilled Chicken Breast paired with crisp romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese, bacon & tomato in a grilled tortilla wrap
Italian Wrap - Ham, pepperoni, salami, provolone, lettuce, tomato, onion, house made mayo, oil & vinegar
Vegetable Wrap - Fresh julienned carrots, peppers, cucumbers, zucchini paired with fresh green, tomatoes and onion with house made hummus and maple chipotle aioli.
Lunch must be pre-registered no later than April 26th, 2026
Limited quantities of shirts were purchased this year. If extra shirts are available, you will be able to grab one day of. However, no guarantees on availability this year! There are extras from previous years though!
